Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of CompareAI — listed on the App Store as CompareAI Inspect — (“the app”), operated by BioAxiz Pte. Ltd., Singapore. By using the app you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your password secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under it.

What you may record

Only record property, vehicles or items you own or are authorised to document, and only in places where you are entitled to film. Do not use the app to record people without their knowledge where the law requires their consent. You keep ownership of everything you record; you grant us only the permission needed to store your recordings, run the analysis you ask for, and produce your reports.

What the AI analysis is — and is not

The analysis is generated automatically by an AI model. It is not a professional inspection, survey, valuation or legal opinion, and it is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. It may miss damage that is present, or describe damage that is not. Do not rely on it alone for a decision that matters — treat it as an aid to your own judgement, and get a qualified professional where one is warranted.

Reports include a timestamp and a cryptographic checksum so that a report can be checked for alteration after it was generated. That is a tamper-evidence measure. It is not a guarantee that any court, insurer, landlord or other party will accept a report as evidence, and we make no representation that it will.

Subscriptions

CompareAI Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or yearly.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase (or to your Google Play account where the Android version is available).
It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
Manage or cancel in your app store account settings. Deleting the app, or deleting your CompareAI account, does not cancel a subscription.
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy, and may change with notice.
Refunds are handled by the app store under its own policies, not by us.

Free and paid plans differ in how many AI analyses you may run each month and how long recordings are kept. The current limits are shown in the app.

Your recordings are deleted on a schedule

Videos are removed automatically once they pass your plan’s retention window. The app shows each recording’s expiry date. Deletion is permanent. Export a PDF report for anything you need to keep beyond that window.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, no automated bulk use, and no reselling access. We may suspend or close an account that does.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The app depends on third-party services, including the app store, our hosting provider and the AI provider, and may be affected by their outages or changes.

Liability

The app is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss arising from reliance on an AI analysis, or for any outcome of a dispute in which you used a report. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you are a consumer you keep the statutory rights available to you.

Ending these terms

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you materially breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law entitles you to bring proceedings elsewhere.
